Gallery Manora to host a unique Joint Solo Art Exhibition

Inaugural Curatorial Project by Art Weaves, Australia

Bangalore, 4th March 2017: Curated by Art Weaves, Australia, Gallery Manora, a newly conceptualized, fine arts destination in Bangalore is all set to host its second major exhibition, REVISITED by Bengaluru Doctor turned Artist Dr.Seemanthini Desai and Australian Ceramic Sculptor Feyona van Stom, in Bangalore, 4th March to 9th April 2017. Located in the heart of city - Indiranagar, the solo exhibition is conducted by Sydney based Art Weaves, an organization that promotes Australian Ceramic Art around the globe.
REVISITED by Desai and van Stom is a cross-cultural conversation, a contemporary take on the Ajanta’s sculptural forms and frescoes; their vibrant polychromy and the Divine.  It’s also an entwined dialogue between two artists, one painting a sculpture and the other sculpting a painting. Together they have used their personal perspectives revealing an intriguing dimensional cross over.
