In the pursuit of identifying a template for the occupation of Form in Space; BEND adopts an intersection between Mathematics and Biology. Using the sequential nature of geometric patterns in the former to map the erratic boundlessness in the creation of Flora in the latter; we are given Structure. Bend uses sculpture as a medium to give form to the symbiosis of these two elements; culminating in an exploration of atomic sculptures of plant life and the nature of creation and its wayward processes.
